Here’s how it works
Our Part Exchange scheme is ideal if you want a quick and easy move - as we do all of the hard work for you. No need to worry about finding and managing an estate agent to sell your property, as we will take care of everything through the following steps:
Step 1 - Talk to our Managing Director on 0789 9977412 to find out if you qualify.
Step 2 - Choose and reserve your new Bamburgh home.
Step 3 - We’ll agree a purchase price with yourselves for your existing home, based on 2 estate agents valuations and an independent valuers valuation.
Step 4 - We purchase your home, you purchase ours.
Step 5 - You’re free to move into your brand new hassle free home.

Help to Buy
Our houses are also eligible for the Government backed Help to Buy Scheme. Which means you can purchase your new home using only a 5% deposit.
The government will fund 20% of the homes purchase price free for 5 years.
That’s approximately a £100,000.00 free loan from the Government.
